You and your team went above and beyond and made what could of been a painful process, exciting and fun. Working with Vision and Sound has been a terrific experience. Juan and Justin are extremely competent professionals who made implementing custom home AV systems easy for us. They both worked together to integrate all our lighting, sound and video requirements. Having access to the both of them throughout the process was reassuring - if we ever feel we need to add features or have a problem in the future, we know we can rely on either of them - they both have an in-depth knowledge of the systems that were customized for us. They taught us how to operate the systems well and were remarkably patient with everyone in our family until all our questions were answered.
